The room keys kept deactivating, so we had to go to the front desk each time. The luggage carts were rickety, with loose parts, and awkward to handle. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan didn’t work. I told the hotel, but they offered no reimbursement, and it made for a disgusting vacation. The sheets also felt like little mites were biting us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

We stayed with our two kids, and they didn’t like this hotel at all. As soon as we entered, a smell like pet urine seemed to fill the whole room, with a strong mildew smell competing with it. There were stains all over the carpet, the shower was clogged, and the blankets had red stains that looked like blood. Just looking at it was disgusting. The floor by the entrance was sticky under our shoes, and speeding cars kept waking us up. I wouldn’t give it a star if I didn’t have to.

The room was spacious, and breakfast was good, but there was a smell in the room. When I told the front desk, they just apologized. An outlet was also missing its faceplate, and they didn’t seem to care about that either. Rooms on the first floor to the left smell. Their response is what brought my rating down to two stars.

After a long drive, the front desk kindly let us in a little before check-in, which I appreciated. The hotel wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed at, but it needs work. It wasn’t very clean, and the elevator certificate had expired. The elevator also sounded like it could break down at any time, so I mostly took the stairs.
