We came as a couple to celebrate our anniversary, and we’d happily return. Unit #12 was updated and in great shape, even though the building itself is older and shows some wear. The balcony sunsets were the best. It’s a gem on Florida's 30A, right at Seacrest beach, with an easy bike ride in either direction to explore the other communities.

It worked well for the few days we needed a place. Some nearby options cost a bit more but are nicer and offer more amenities. One useful detail, the walk down to the beach is 70 steps, same as for all the places in Seacrest.

The room was clean and well organized, and the view was amazing. My cousin and I also found it easy to get to the beach and close to anywhere we needed to go. It would suit a family, friends, or even someone staying alone. We had a great stay and absolutely recommend it.

It feels tucked away and private, but Rosemary and Alys Beach are convenient to reach. We love the breathtaking ocean view on 30a!

We were there in November. The beach was lovely and the water clear, and the condo was clean with really nice decor. The bathroom looked dated, though I didn’t mind that.
