Chris went out of his way to help after we left an item in our room, working to get it sent to a pickup spot that suited us. He’d also chatted with us about dinner, and his recommendations were great. The ice cream stand he suggested was a hit too. Big Horn Motel has an old-fashioned character, but it’s clean and everything was working well. It felt like a refreshing change from the cookie cutter chains. We were glad we stayed.

Slept like a log in the comfy, mini-suite-like room. It had a fridge, microwave and TV, plus a great shower, plenty of towels and nice toiletries. Easy to find, a great deal, and the staff were super nice.

The bed was easily the most comfortable one I’ve had at any motel or hotel, and the room was clean. Add the friendly service, good price and convenient location, and I loved everything about Big Horn Motel. Can’t recommend it enough.

We’d love to return and spend a couple of days in town. Everyone we met was so welcoming, and the staff at the motel were friendly too. It’s a charming little place in Buffalo, set back from the interstate so it’s quiet, but close enough to walk to amenities. Our room had an old western feel and was very clean, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure. Perfect for a night while traveling through.
