The rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the city location with parking was great. The whole Front Desk team, including Cheyenne and the morning woman whose name I forget, were friendly and kind throughout our stay. AGM, Hailey, was especially fantastic when sorting out a check-in problem. She was thorough and detailed.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. The room was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location isn’t especially walkable to other places, but they have a great selection of free breakfast.

We’ve stayed here many times since our daughter started college in Buffalo, and we plan to return. The hotel is clean, breakfast is hot, and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend it when traveling to Buffalo.

The breakfast bar has lots of options, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms and public areas are clean and attractive. I especially love the Starbucks downstairs. This is a really nice hotel, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The room layout made the stay especially comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living area, and plenty of space. Everything was clean. Desiree and Rosa were so friendly and attentive at breakfast, which had a good range of choices. The location was convenient and the service was great. I’d gladly stay at the Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown again, and highly recommend it.
