Chuck was a fabulous host while my home was being improved last week. He was so accommodating and even made us breakfast every day. The Victorian style mansion is gorgeous, and the suites are spacious. Ours had a fireplace, and I believe most do. I loved the Elmwood village location, which is great for walking around and exploring the best part of the city. I'd recommend Summer Street Guest House to anyone visiting Buffalo or looking for a break from home in Western New York.
