The TVs only had cable, since we couldn’t log into the internet or use streaming services, which was a letdown. Still, for our one-night stay, the room was great, clean, and roomy, with a separate living area for the higher price. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Leslie G helped us find the right room because I’m a light sleeper, and she knew the area well enough to give us tips on where to go and how to get there. She was there both when we checked in and checked out, and was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and breakfast was ready as we were leaving. My husband and I stayed earlier in November. I recommend this place and will be back. Thanks for all your help, Leslie!

At 2am, Jack the NA helped me out and showed real hospitality. I was 14 hours away, but he still treated my situation with care and urgency, and clearly wanted to go above and beyond. I manage a Holiday Inn in Kansas City, and I can say employees like Jack are hard to find. If he ever moved, I’d hire him in a heartbeat. He’s a real asset to this property.

My parents are older, and even they were impressed by how accessible the bathroom and shower were. The rooms were updated, modern, and clean, and staff came in to clean every day, which is a first for me since many hotels don’t do that. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns, and this was by far my best stay. I almost didn’t book because of the reviews, but cleanliness matters most to me. I don’t care much about front desk service or small hiccups, but I do worry about roaches or bed bugs where I sleep. There was none of that. Breakfast was okay, as expected from a hotel that isn’t a five-star restaurant, and I liked that it was served every day and things like bagels and muffins were packed in Ziplock bags. The front desk staff were great and easy to talk to, and it was simple to ask for extra towels. I’ll definitely return. I also liked that this Holiday Inn is smaller than others and felt more personal. Great job!

The room needs a deep clean, and something in it bothered my asthma and allergies enough that I couldn’t sleep. There was a crack in the shower floor, too. The staff could use customer service training, and the full breakfast wasn’t available like it is at other Holiday Inn’s.
