Sun Valley Suites is what the place is called now. I’ve seen some old negative reviews, but my own stay has been great. The front desk girls and the little lady doing housekeeping are awesome. I’d definitely recommend it if you need somewhere for an extended stay. Kudos to Sun Valley Suites. 😀👍👍

I’m here for a two-week business trip and am desperately looking for somewhere else to stay. The reviews made this place sound decent, but that’s false. It must have gone way downhill. Both beds had stained sheets, and when I pulled back one blanket, there was hair on those sheets. There are cockroaches in my room, and more fall from a hole in the hallway ceiling. During the bike rally, this seems to be the only place around with vacancies. Terrible.

My second stay was under new management, and we enjoyed it while we had to be there. Robert was great, and his staff were awesome with my teenage sons. There were some drunks and undesirables around, but management kept them away from my kids. The first stay was a different story. There was too much drama. The manager came into our room while we were out, took my husband’s puppy, and gave her away. She also charged our room when we checked out. The maid, her friend shawna, made a play for my cousin’s boyfriend. If you stay there, it shouldn’t be too bad as long as the old staff Rusti and Shawna aren’t there.

It’s called Sun Valley Suites now, no longer the NEVADA INN. For a temporary weekly stay, it’s not too shabby, and the rates are good. It beats paying your own utilities. Courtney and the manager were so sweet and made sure I felt welcome.

A little paint and elbow grease can do a lot for a place with a shady past. Still, my weekly stay cost an outrageous amount, about 2-3x what I paid last year.
