Our room was upgraded to one with a kitchen, and there was plenty of parking on the lot or street. The apartment was nice and in a good spot for both Burbank and Universal studios. We liked the pool, too. If road noise bothers you, ask for a room away from the street. It didn't bother us, though I can see others finding it noisy.

A cute room with a small kitchen, and it wasn't crowded when I stayed for four days last weekend. I swept and didn't see any roaches. My only issue was checking out at 5:30 in the morning: there should be a key drop. I left my key on the dresser, then got a call around 12:30 asking if I'd checked out. Nice place overall!

The kitchen had good quality pots, pans, dishes, glasses, a toaster, and a coffee maker, and we used the grill often. Housekeeping cleaned it every day. We rented the larger apartment with a queen and twin bed for our son during his three-month internship in Burbank. At the 2011 W. Olive location, Apt 77, it was spacious, clean, and updated, with mountain views from the kitchen. The website photos matched the apartment. It was a bit pricey, but felt safe, and there's a great Italian deli next door. I'd ask for a unit with a decent view and natural light. Streetside can be noisy, though I thought the view was worth it. We'd stay again if we visit.

It felt like a little home for the ten days I was there over Christmas. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the place was clean, comfortable, and safe. The location was perfect. There weren't many staff around during those days, but I didn't need them. I'd definitely stay again.
