Burbank Inn and Suites

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. The owners were horrendous, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The parking lot was empty, and it’s no wonder if they’ve run off every customer. They go to bed early, too, so if you need towels or toilet paper, you’re out of luck. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate how bad this place is. He screamed at the top of his lungs at me because I was 15 minutes late leaving. How dare you treat a guest like that?

After being treated horribly at the Holiday Inn Burbank Media, we left and tried this inn instead. The manager was pleasant and helpful, and the pillow-top beds were the best I’ve had at a hotel. The rooms were impressively clean, too. I’d happily come back again and again. Forget the big-box hotels, this place has impeccable cleanliness and hospitality.

I only needed a place to sleep, and this motel was decent for that. It’s close enough to attractions, though I think you could find better places for the same price. The surroundings right nearby look like something from COPS, so the price felt high for the area. The room wasn’t messy or dated. It’s a basic two-floor motel with free parking, lots of TV channels, and a sink separate from the bathroom. There’s also a very small outdoor pool, but it’s right by the street and not private, so I didn’t think it was worth going out to. The front-desk person was odd and made things awkward, though not unkind. I wouldn’t stay again, but it wasn’t bad if you just need somewhere to sleep.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d stay here again. The rooms are a pretty good size and have mini fridges. It’s a nice, clean hotel that usually isn’t crowded or overbooked. It’s somewhat near the freeway, but I didn’t hear much noise in the room.
