Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Burbank Airport

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the staff’s customer service was worth mentioning. The hotel and room were clean, and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. There’s a pool and hot tub, no complimentary breakfast, and on-site parking with no extra fee. Target and Walmart are in the same plaza. Front Desk Agent Billy made the stay exceptional. He was very helpful with every question and request and showed top-tier hospitality. He’s in the right job. Management, please give him a raise or promotion and treasure him. His work ethic makes the hotel look better, and you don’t find many people like him. I’m not related, and I stayed in room 345 on 2/21/26.

We went to a travel club sales pitch that was supposed to be low pressure, but it was extremely high pressure. They pushed us to sign up right then and didn’t give us time to consider the product or whether it was really what they said it was. If they truly want customers who understand the product and want to take part in this wholesale travel opportunity, they should give people time to do some research.

Check-in was easy, and the room looked clean and nice, with two beds and everything seemingly in order. The bathroom was big, and being close to the airport was nice. My only complaint is that I kept catching a whiff of urine between the beds. It would fade, then come back every so often. I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the carpet or the bed.

This is my home away from home when I’m doing business at the studios in Burbank. The location is great, the rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the front desk is always friendly and fun. I’ve stayed at many Courtyards, and this is one of the best.
