Best Western Plus Burleson Inn & Suites

I've stayed here a couple of times and keep coming back. The staff are all smiles, very friendly and accommodating. Justin especially went out of his way to make my stay easy.

Carissa at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, and our Schnauzer was made comfortable and welcome. The kitchen was sparkling clean, and breakfast was simple but good. Thanks, BW Burleson.

The staff always make me feel welcome and go out of their way to help. It's consistently quiet and clean, and I stay at this Best Western whenever I'm in town because it's so comfortable.

The morning and afternoon staff have been great when we've stayed here on different occasions. My issue was with Missy, the overnight front desk staff member. My mom was wrong to smoke too close to the side door while trying to stay out of the rain, and I told Missy that. But Mom is 75% deaf in both ears and didn't have her hearing aids in. When she said "huh," Missy repeated that she couldn't be near the door, pointed at a sign, and said "comprende." I wanted to explain that Mom simply hadn't heard her. Instead, Missy got defensive and gave me attitude right away. As an overprotective daughter, what upset me was seeing my mom treated as if she were stupid. People who are hard of hearing say "huh" or "what did you say" because they didn't catch the words. Missy getting loud and defensive told me what I needed to know about how she'd treated Mom. I tend to match people's energy, but I let it go, noted her name, and returned to the room. At about 2 something in the morning on 11/20/2025, I wrote this down. I didn't see the encounter myself, and Mom had asked me not to bring it up with the lady, but I felt Missy should know why Mom hadn't responded and that "comprende" was uncalled for.
