Jarrett at the front desk made check-in easy after a long, stressful day. He and his team were exceptionally helpful, and we had no trouble with service. Our room was clean overall, the water pressure was fine, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the mini fridge and easy parking were nice. My husband and son had breakfast without complaints, though it was a little pricey. My husband found a vegan dish, maybe noodles, even though it wasn't breakfast food, and I appreciated the milk alternatives at the coffee bar. The property feels far too dated for the prices. Hilton could improve it even with a modest investment. I'm not a hotel snob and don't need everything pristine, but I'm not a fan of the triple sheet method on the beds. Still, it's convenient near the airport for a quick stay if you don't expect much.

I stay at Hilton about 100 nights a year, but United Airlines arranged and paid for this stay and gave us meal vouchers. I still want to see the charges billed to me, and Eric Moreno, who I think handles the accounting, hasn't replied. I can't tell if he's incompetent or lazy. Next time United gives me a choice, I know not to pick the Hilton. Dinner was bland and unremarkable. My pizza, which they said was made offsite, was like a really bad DiGiorno. My wife's pork chop was pretty good, and my son had salmon. The room's double beds were new to me, very small, and hard to get comfortable in. This hotel needs a major remodel.

We only stayed because it was convenient for our early flight, but the room was dated and uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn't clean, the tub was dirty and needs replacing, and the bed linens looked dirty too. My husband and I were very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the bay. Breakfast had decent choices, though some of the food wasn't kept warm. Being close to SFO Airport is especially convenient for travelers.

The room was large and clean, and reception was good, though the hallway smelled strange. The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Its shuttle runs every 30 minutes and is your best way to reach BART at the airport station. In 2026, having to pay for Wi-Fi feels ridiculous. You could get better free internet at a hostel.
