Courtyard Burlington Harbor

The view of Lake Champlain from my room was stunning, and the front desk staff were kind when I needed help. I was on a work-related house hunting trip and have accessibility needs. The parking garage and an elevator outage created unexpected challenges and left me overwhelmed, but the staff helped move my car to a more accessible spot near the entrance. There were also some maintenance and amenity issues. Only hot water was available, the ice machine on my floor wasn't working, and there was no in-hotel restaurant dining on Mondays. I hope the hotel improves accessibility and maintenance for future guests. Better parking signs, reliable elevators, and consistent amenities would make it much more welcoming for travelers with different needs.

Really nice, clean, spacious rooms, and the staff were friendly and professional with great service. The restaurant's menu was very good, and both breakfast and dinner were top notch. If you can get a room facing the lake, even better, the view is killer. I'd definitely love to come back and stay again.

This might be a nice hotel under normal circumstances, but construction has made our stay anything but relaxing. The hammering starts at 7 am and goes until 7 pm every day, including Saturday and Sunday. We've decided to cut our trip short. I don't know when the work will finish, and I didn't see any warning on the website, so I wanted to let people know. I'd consider staying somewhere else in the near future. Feb 2026

Ben at the front desk made our honeymoon stay extra special. He sent champagne to our room and shared plenty of ideas for food and things to do. We spent five nights here and had a fantastic time. The bar and restaurant were great, and although the hotel was being remodeled, we barely noticed the construction. We’d happily recommend it.
