I left feeling frustrated and wouldn’t choose this location again. I’d checked in digitally for convenience, but was told I still had to go to the front desk for ID verification because of the rate I booked. I understood and did that, though it completely defeated the point of digital check-in. After showing my ID, I expected a digital key. Instead, the staff member said I had to insert my credit card into the machine, even though the stay was already paid for and my card had already been charged. The explanation didn’t seem to match standard digital check-in procedures and came across as misleading. It felt like they wanted to capture my physical EMV card rather than complete a necessary step. The front desk service made the whole thing worse. When I questioned the process, the staff member rolled her eyes and was rude and unprofessional. That’s not the level of service I expect from a Hilton property. The experience felt unnecessary and poorly handled.

The breakfast selection was great, and the rooms were nice. The staff were super friendly.

It’s a 30-40 minute drive into Philly. The hotel was brand new, so everything was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the lobby, and the pool table and board games area was a nice bonus. Our king studio suite was spacious, with a stocked kitchenette. Everyone who worked there, including the front desk staff, was friendly and attentive. I felt bad for the staff because some other guests left an absolute mess in the breakfast and rec areas. Come on, people. Clean up after yourselves and your kids. It really isn’t that hard.
