Hampton Inn by Hilton Minneapolis/Eagan

Check-in was warm and professional, and I found the room spotless, roomy, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the place felt fresh and well cared for. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the amenities. The stay was relaxing and hassle-free, and both the room and service were better than I expected. I’d recommend it and would come back.

Breakfast was the best continental spread, and housekeeping kept our room clean and fresh. Everyone was helpful. James picked us up at the airport and was friendly and respectful, and Alisa made us feel welcome when she checked us in. If you need a hotel in this area, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

The pool is on the small side, but it works. I wish there were a hot tub, though. The rooms are always clean, and I have no real complaints about the staff. It's an alright hotel.

We found a room easily at the last minute after our flight was canceled, and the AC worked fine. The next day, the shuttle was useful, but it didn't pick us up on time because the driver hadn't received the updated traveler schedule from the front desk. He was left helping other guests who were late, which was frustrating. In the room, there was an empty drink bottle by the bed, a public hair in the sheets, and a pee smell. It felt stagnant, and the room and shower were grungy. This wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but it was far from stellar. If a flight delay leaves you needing somewhere cheap-ish, it might do, though cleanliness and service are a gamble.
