The room was a great price and both it and the bathroom were clean. Service was great too, with quick, easy check-in and checkout. I'd definitely book here again.

Unexpected personal issues meant we couldn't stay, but the staff were incredibly kind and understanding when we needed to cancel. They took care of it quickly and compassionately, which made a stressful time easier. We had a great experience with the hotel despite not staying, and based on how they treated us, I'd happily book here in the future. Good customer service really does make a difference.

I had a horrible experience after finding what I believe was a bed bug in my room. A front desk staff member came to inspect, picked up the bug with a key card, said it wasn't a bed bug, and threw it into the hallway. He said he'd talk to the manager about a refund and get back to me, but never contacted me. When I followed up, he said he'd investigated and that since the bug was dead, they would only give me 50% off a future stay. Unreal. I have a video showing the bug crawling clearly, but they still won't do anything. I would never stay here again.

I spent a week here on a business trip, and I wouldn't recommend this place for stays longer than two days. My room smelled like mold mixed with lavender, which was terrible, and the AC was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. The outlets beside the left side of the bed didn't work, the bathtub leaked, and there wasn't enough water coming through either the shower or the toilet. The bed also made noises when I lay down.
