Residence Inn Boston Burlington

My brother and sister-in-law stayed here for a couple of nights and asked us to help with their things. I got to see the rooms then, and they looked nice and comfortable. The pool was warm, and so was the Jacuzzi.

The location worked well for visiting family, with the mall and restaurants nearby. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. It made for a wonderful stay.

I booked a room for my mother for one night while my father was in the ICU recovering from heart surgery. I gave my card details to Nicole at the desk and explained that I wouldn't be there, and that my mother would check in under her own name. When she arrived, they gave her trouble and said they needed my card again, even though I'd been told she'd be all set. She was already stressed and worried about my father. My brother was with her and had to use his own card, which is now over its limit. When I called, they said my card had worked and they wouldn't need my brother's, so they lied to me. They also didn't mention during the booking call that there would be a $50 refundable incidental fee charged regardless.

The breakfast was good, and my room had a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and what I needed for light cooking. It was really clean, too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and shops and restaurants are close by, with Lahey Hospital about five minutes away. We stayed three nights and everything was just right. I’d definitely recommend it.
