We bought our condo from the original owners and have found the building to be sound, with regular maintenance and two paid onsite management staff. That's significant for a 45 unit condominium. It's also in a great location, close to all the local tourist attractions.

The condos are nice, but if you own a pitbull, avoid this place because the manager discriminates against them. In the last days of our trip, she tried to make my family board our dogs. Then a random man, apparently a maintenance man, came into our unit to “measure our blinds.” WE DONT HAVE BLINDS. It seemed like an elaborate way to inspect our unit. One of my family members actually let him in because he was waiting outside the main door, trying to get into the building.

The people who live there are nice, but the place is bad. The lady in the front office is NOT NICE. Stay away ⚠️⚠️

There are several condos with beautiful apartments near the sea. They're for monthly rental and very clean.
