Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-Burr Ridge

The room was comfortable, well equipped, and very warm, as was the whole hotel. It was also very clean. Staff were nice, though not especially friendly or welcoming. No one helped with bags, and the breakfast was very poor. Housekeepers were noisy and sometimes stayed outside my room for two hours. From my second-floor window I could see the garbage truck at the garbage shout. They also put a $55 per night security deposit on hold, which wasn't mentioned when I booked.

It snowed for 24 hours while I was there, and they kept plowing and salting the parking lot the whole time. Breakfast had an extensive selection, and the hotel itself was very nice and clean. I could even see the Sears Tower from my room. This will be my go-to hotel on future visits.

The Treats Café being open all the time was a nice touch, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. My room at Hampton Inn was clean and comfortable too. Service felt a little lacking at times, but the stay was still pleasant.

Breakfast had lots of options: waffles you make yourself, omelette, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, I think, plus bagels, muffins, yogurt, juice, and coffee. The room was beautiful and clean, and the parking lot felt safe and was well lit. I'd recommend this place and stay here again.
