Blueberry Hill

I've been at Blueberry Hill Rv Resort for over a year, and I want to update my original review. I feel safe and at peace here, and the neighbors are great. People wave to each other, which is something I hadn't experienced before. The staff make a big difference. The front desk receptionists are polite and provide amazing customer service, and they resolve issues quickly. The grounds keepers are hardworking and really do an amazing job keeping Blueberry Hill looking its best. The place is super clean. There are lots of amenities too, including a heated swimming pool, a clean billiards room, a quiet library, and laundry on site. They host other special things as well, more than I could list in a day. Blueberry Hill Rv Resort, thanks for everything. Keep shining ✨️

We stayed for 18 months, and the maintenance men deserve credit. They're top notch and don't get enough recognition. The rest of our experience was awful. There is no shade, and the blacktop all around makes it extremely hot. There was a lot of police activity, including arrests involving domestic violence, theft, and a hit and run involving a child on her bike. People opened camper doors to look inside, and there was constant foot traffic through RV sites. At all hours, people walked right next to our camper instead of using the roads. There was lots of trash from Walmart and gas stations. The place was completely infested with roaches and ants. By the time we moved out, it was so bad we needed pest control in our camper. The photos online make it look like a resort, but it was anything but. It felt like a dumpster with lipstick. Tara was the worst manager I've dealt with. She had a bad attitude, and it could be hard to get mail until the end of the day when they got around to sorting it. They try to evict people with kids. They take pictures of your site, circle things they consider problems even when they're normal, and leave the papers in your mailbox. When there's an issue, they don't talk to you, they just put papers in the box. Complain about a neighbor and the next day you'll have a violation. Water was constantly out or under a boil water notice. They didn't tell guests pulling in that the water was off. They waited until they were paid, and then residents had to pass along that we had no water for almost 7 days at one point. If you want to keep your RV bug free and get quality customer service, I recommend staying elsewhere. That's our experience.

I've stayed long term in my RV for years, and I've never felt this unwelcome. We got a notice saying our site wasn't "well kept" and listing a hula hoop, even though the neighbor's yard is full of junk. They told us not to bring up other sites because we don't know what they've been told, but it sure looks like nothing has been said. If you want to live quietly without bothering anyone, avoid this place.

We needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days while dealing with mechanical issues, and the Blueberry Hill Rv staff helped us out. It was our first time here, and the park is beautiful with all the amenities you'd want. Thanks for the help. I have a feeling we'll be back. The office should be able to help if you need a spot for a day, two, or longer. Sonya is doing a great job!
