Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland

The hotel is conveniently close to the river and park, and the rooms are huge and clean. The food was fantastic, and you can tell the staff take pride in their work. Everyone was friendly. My bed was very firm, which I like, though others might find it hard to tolerate. Most hotels have firm mattresses, FYI. I was in a top-floor room under the HVAC unit, and it was noisy, probably needs service. That seems like one of the only rooms affected, though. In another room, the stay would have been perfect. Honestly, Homewood Suites Richland spoiled me. The company seems to care about the guest experience instead of doing the bare minimum or cutting corners. That mindset feels rare at most hotels. Keep up the good work!

After a long drive, we booked at the last minute, and it turned out to be the best decision. The front desk girl was so kind and went above and beyond. The next morning, the kitchen staff served the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Everything was warm and tasted great. Maria Luz was professional and kind, and it was clear she takes pride in keeping the food stocked and everything clean. My family was really impressed, and we’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Kiara is the face of this hotel, and I’m here for it 🤩 She’s so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She answered all my questions and was incredibly patient. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Definitely an outstanding employee!

I always enjoy coming back to this property. I’ve stayed here many times and am consistently impressed by the friendly staff and service. The kitchen team cooks really well and keeps everything stocked. The host, I think her name is Maria, always welcomes me back and serves great food with plenty of side dishes and authentic condiments.
