Days Inn by Wyndham Butler

There were clothes, body wash, and rusty razors left in the safe from a previous guest, so the rooms clearly aren’t checked carefully. The heat and AC buttons were broken too, and the lobby had a foul smell. It’s supposed to be nonsmoking, yet there was a cigarette tray with cigarettes in it right by the entrance, and it stank. My two-year-old spilled cheese sauce on the bed. I used a washcloth to clean it, but they charged me another $100 for damage because of the orange stain on the sheet and cloth. They even sent a video to show it was all “ruined.” Wash it first and then tell me if it’s still “ruined.” When I called about the charge, the woman was rude and condescending. She wouldn’t let me speak to an owner or manager, only said I could leave a message and they’d get back to me when they could. She also said they’d just tell me the same thing. Dirty hotel and horrendous staff. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
