Milan Aventura Hotel

Free parking was a welcome extra, and the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The suite was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. I had an excellent stay.

The suite was lovely, with a porch off the living area, tasteful decor, and everything we could need for a stay of any length. It was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The building felt secure, and the free parking lot was well lit. The hotel is new, beautifully decorated, and in a good area near shops. Our host was there right away when we arrived. We were extremely happy with our stay and will absolutely come back.

The owner was kind and attentive, and the room was spacious with everything I could think of. I was a little nervous about staying alone, but the hotel felt super secure. I loved it and will definitely return for more business trips.

Offer was incredibly helpful during our one-night stay at Milan Aventura. He checked in the day before to confirm our arrival time, met us personally, and offered a complimentary upgrade to a 600+ sq ft room when our original room wasn’t ready on a busy event weekend. We felt well looked after. Parking on site was free and there was plenty of space. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they were flexible with the timing so we could enjoy the trip. Communication was clear and thoughtful, including Offer’s note at checkout that he had my contact info and would follow up about the deposit refund and other details. He even waited with us for our Uber and made sure we felt safe before he left. We were in town for a concert at the Hard Rock, and this location worked really well. It’s next to the Brightline station, and the Uber ride was only about $5 to $6. We bought Brightline tickets as though we were taking the train, then used the shuttles to and from the stadium. It was affordable and convenient, and probably saved us hundreds of dollars as well as time stuck in traffic. The building has hotel-level security, with keycard access for both the entrance and elevators. It combines hotel comfort with Airbnb charm, plus a host who takes your stress into account and wants you to have a good stay. I won’t stay anywhere else for future Miami concerts. Offer, thanks for going above and beyond. It was a great experience.
