The room had some good points, especially the bathroom, which was clean enough for a comfortable bath, and the towels were new and really nice. I liked how the furniture was arranged, too. I always check for bed bug signs, and thankfully found none. Still, there were crushed saltines wedged between the mattress and headboard, and the toilet had an ugly green film with gray bubbles. I flushed it and it cleared, but that shouldn't happen at $86 a night. The carpet was old, frayed, and sticky in places. It looked like it had been roller-dusted instead of vacuumed, which is poor effort for a pet room. The loveseat smelled like a dirty dog unless I covered it with the blanket. I'd stay again for a discount, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to walk barefoot or avoid smelling cigarettes through the night. I hope they address the housekeeping and maintenance problems. It was a nice place in many ways, and I'd like to come back if they improve the rough edges. 😁

The breakfast was better than the room, with eggs, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels, and I think biscuits and gravy and sausage, too. The room itself was spacious enough for a night, but the bathroom tile needed cleaning and the carpet didn't look very clean. There were no toiletries, and when we asked at the front desk, they said they were out of supplies.

The customer service was really good, but the room was disgusting. The beds creaked and popped so much that I could hardly sleep, and one of them was outright broken. The floor was dirty, the towels were stained, and there was so much mold in the shower that I didn't even shower. The cigarette smell was awful and got worse when the heater was on. Even the pillows smelled like tobacco. We won't stay here again.

The hot breakfast was tasty, and everyone on staff was friendly. Barbara at the front desk was especially wonderful, and we were grateful for her help since this was the last room left anywhere in Western MT in July 2021. The mattresses were new and comfortable, though most of the rest of the room showed some wear. The indoor pool looked big enough for family gatherings. Summer demand made the price high.

The pool area was noisy until it closed, but by 10 it had gotten pleasantly quiet. This felt more suited to families than to a romantic or peaceful getaway. For the price, though, it was a great stay, and the staff were very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised. Our accessible room had very little bathroom counter space, which may have been due to its layout. Breakfast was cold at 6:30, but much better when we came back at 8.
