Wingate by Wyndham Butte City Center I-15/I-90

We found this fine for an overnight stop, and the staff were wonderful. The front desk team were friendly and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The kitchen is still being renovated, so there wasn't a hot breakfast. Staff offered 24/7 access to snacks and basic breakfast items, which was no big deal for us since we aren't fans of steam tray eggs and cured meats. The location is handy, right off the interstate beside a Safeway, gas station, and several restaurants. The room was missing facial tissues, drinking cups, and hand lotion.

Our room was quiet and we slept fairly well, but the stay was still pretty uncomfortable. The room was clean, though it was freezing after we came in from 8-degree weather, and the shower rod was barely attached to the wall. The beds weren't uncomfortable, but the pillows were tiny and flat. The lobby smelled clean, while the hallway carpet was disgusting. We tried the elevator, but its door moved at a snail's pace and wouldn't close properly, so we took the stairs. There's definitely room for improvement.

The front desk staff and the woman setting up breakfast were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was another story. It was listed as a king suite, but was a king room, definitely not a suite, and the bathroom was tiny. The floor was dirty enough that we had them vacuum right after check-in, and some door paneling was coming off. They need to upgrade things and describe the rooms more accurately. We'd only stay again if we had no other choice.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. The TV kept cutting in and out, and I don't think the internet is as good as it could be. When I called the front desk, the lady said it was the channel, but a “no connection” message on the TV doesn't seem like a channel problem.
