The desk clerk was helpful and apologized, but the room problems made for a disappointing stay. We had to switch rooms because the first one wasn't the queen suite with two beds and a sleeper sofa that we booked. In the room we were given, we found snack wrappers and someone's belongings, and the lamp had bare wires with no plug. We'd called ahead and been told the pool was open, only to find a closed sign when we arrived. The elevator wasn't working either, which was difficult while traveling with an 82-year-old and two toddlers.

The room seemed clean, and check-in was easy, but my husband and I woke up sore because the beds were so uncomfortable. The pool water looked green through the window, so I decided not to get in. Our refrigerator didn't work either. We waited until checkout to mention it, and the front desk woman was very apologetic. The stay was okay, I guess.

The management had a nasty attitude, and there were bugs all over our room. The refrigerator didn't work, and there was no microwave, iron, or hair dryer. What worried me most was the pool entrance. The door was propped open, giving children direct access to a murky pool over four feet deep with no barrier around it. That felt dangerous.

I found blood stains on the pillow and sheets, and dried urine behind the toilet. The beds smelled musty, the Wi-Fi kept dropping, the TV glitched, and the temperature control changed by itself. They didn't refill the body wash or shampoo, and I had to pay for a door card over ten times. Breakfast was only open for an hour. The room was $99 a night, not $83. Staff didn't speak English, and I waited five minutes for someone to translate so I could get soap. 0.1/10, don't waste your money.
