We picked this Wyndham because it's a nice hotel, but Sue's welcome was a big part of the choice too. I called from home with some concerns that weren't about the hotel, my husband just has to know everything, haha. Sue answered every question smoothly and was helpful the whole way through. Her phone manner was professional, warm, and easy to relate to. Thank you, Sue, for making us feel so welcome and being the best part of our experience.

I've stayed here a few times, alone and with my wife, and we've usually been very happy. This last visit was the worst, though. I checked in around 8 p.m. and found no printed TV channel guide in my second-floor room. The room phone didn't work either, so I went to the desk. The manager said someone would bring a replacement the next day, but nobody did. Maybe she thought that at 73 I wouldn't mind walking down to the desk. The next day I spotted dog hair on the suite sofa, though I didn't have a dog. The room cleaner was very pleasant and apologetic, and vacuumed it within five minutes of my telling her. The accommodations were otherwise as nice as usual, and the free breakfast has several good options.

It's so quiet and clean here! There are sound machines, extra USB charging ports, a cozy window nook, and the window opens. They also have doorbells for people who have trouble hearing. The only issue we noticed was a light spot on the TV screen, but it didn't bother us. I mentioned it at checkout, and they said they were upgrading all the hotel TVs to bigger, nicer ones and would move our room up the replacement list.

I was here for a week on business, and the hotel was well kept with a clean, nice room. The older woman who checked us in didn't seem very people-oriented, though maybe she was just having a bad day, it happens. It was a great stay overall, and I'd stay here again if work brings me back to the area.

The hotel was perfect for visiting family who live 15 minutes away. My room was clean, and they brought me fresh towels every day, which I didn't need but appreciated. I'd highly recommend staying here for a week or longer.
