The woman at the office was so helpful and welcoming, thank you! We stopped at Crater Lake Resort on our way home, and the cabin turned out to be such a nice surprise. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. 😊

Our site was right by the creek, and the campground was clean and quiet. We stayed two nights with our trailer. The RV spot was nice, with easy water and electric hookups. They have cabins too, but we camped.

The bathrooms were just so-so, though the place was quiet and our fairly level site backed up to the creek with all the hookups. It’s conveniently located for Crater Lake. Early check-in was a bit of a hassle even though lots of sites were empty, but the owner eventually helped us get settled. I’d stay here again on another Crater Lake trip.

The tent site was a pleasant place to stay, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and ready to help. I had a lovely time here.

We arrived at 6 p.m. after booking through Travelocity, but the office was closed. The email said there should be an envelope with check-in details on the store window, and there wasn’t one. I left a message with the office, then called and texted the after-hours number without getting an answer. Travelocity managed to reach the hotel for us, but the check-in instructions didn’t come until 45 minutes after we arrived. There was no WiFi or cell reception in the room. It’s a pretty remote place, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. I’m not coming back.
