The continental breakfast was a lovely touch, and the relaxed, warm atmosphere made the stay inviting. Hotel Trundle exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful, distinctive decor to the well-appointed rooms. The staff were genuinely kind, and Guest Services coordinator, LaToya, went above and beyond to make the visit memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Columbia.

A fun spot in a lively downtown setting, with lots of food and drink options within walking distance. It’s super cute, great value, and full of thoughtful details. The breakfast spread was nice, and those stout coffee cups really are for sale. Glad we checked it out, 10/10, we’ll stop again.

Trundle is a great value, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Our room was large, comfortable, and well-appointed, including the bed, though it was dark. The TV setup was funky, and we couldn’t get streaming to work. The location is superb, an easy walk to great bars and restaurants. We made frequent use of the several gathering spots in the lounge and lobby during our 3 night stay. Staff were unfailingly friendly, helpful, and professional.

I liked the trundle, but there were a few things that stuck with me. Our refrigerator was leaking and the floor creaked when we walked. Parking was confusing, and someone was in our spot. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs in the rain. We stayed at one of the off site properties, but I’d give it another try.

Hotel Trundle is a great place and a wonderful addition to the community. We book rooms for clients or guests coming into town overnight, and the hotel always takes good care of them. It’s a unique, high-class place to stay in Columbia, in a great location.
