That bed was ridiculously comfortable, soft in a way that made me wonder if years of use had broken it in. The staff were friendly even when we arrived at 2 a.m. tired and grumpy, and the place felt safer than other hotels we've used at the same price. For the cost, comfort, and location, it's a solid option, and I hope they refurbish it someday without losing its cozy feel. It does feel like a fixer-upper. The building isn't new or renovated, and the old tile, cracked concrete, layers of paint, and dated exterior show it. Parking is limited, especially if you're driving a larger vehicle. Booking and contacting the hotel seemed easy, but the place has its flaws.

The room was filthy and smelled musty. There were stains, dirt, and hairs on the sheets, mold on the shower curtain, long hairs on the shower walls, a disgusting toilet, and hairs in the sink. Parts of the room needed repairs too, with wires hanging where the smoke detector was missing and a broken, missing towel bar. There were sketchy people hanging around. I waited 40 minutes to check in because nobody was there. When I went to the office in the morning to complain, the door was locked and no one was around. This was the grossest hotel I've ever stayed in, and I want a refund.

The room was gross, with thick dust everywhere, hair caked onto the pillowcases, and dried food stuck all over the sticky TV remote. There was mold on the picture frames, behind the fridge, and along the bathroom baseboards, plus a rusty toilet paper holder. The hallway smell nearly knocked me over. In the room, the smoke alarm was missing with wires hanging out, and the window frame was busted, with a screen and a window that wouldn't lock. This place should be shut down.

We had a really good stay while visiting Hersheypark. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. Getting to things was easy from this convenient location, and it was a solid value for the price.

My family needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, and this place came through for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic, but I had no complaints.
