The owners made a rough weekend feel welcome. When guests in the next room caused problems, they dealt with it right away and apologized, even though it wasn't their fault. They were friendly and accommodating throughout, and there was no early morning housekeeping knock trying to hurry me out. I was stranded here for the weekend as a truck driver, and the location worked out well. Walmart, gas stations, good food, and everything else I needed were within walking distance. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. I slept great on the comfy bed with soft sheets, and the shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The lighted mirror was a nice extra. The rates were good too. I'd happily stay here again. 😊

Getting here is easy: from the east on 84, you can turn straight into the lot. From the west, I’d go left on Broad, right on 11th, right on Market, then turn right just before BP. The room felt brand new, and it was big, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Everything was just right, with plenty of parking and all the basics an easy walk away.

The room was clean, but the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, the hot water was unreliable, and the price felt high for the location. I asked for part of my payment back. She said to leave the room and that she would refund one day, even though things had been wrong since I arrived. There aren't any other hotels in this area. Very disappointing.

I've stayed here many times, and every visit has been great. The rooms have all just been refurnished, so they're very nice and relaxing. Ours had a big TV, microwave, and fridge, and the beds and pillows were cozy. The prices are great too. The owners are exceptional, always friendly and caring, and make sure you have what you need. Best place to stay in Cairo.
