The continental breakfast had good options, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. Ingrid and Celeny were so helpful and nice, even before I arrived, and gave excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family if they need a place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was OK. The rooms have been renovated, but you can still see their age. There was a decent amount of street noise.

I stayed at the Hampton hotel on December 19th. It used to be a Holiday Inn, and it was great. The room was nice and clean, and the service was wonderful. At night, hot cocoa, tea, and coffee were available for guests.

Everything else was fine, but the fridge in my room wasn’t working. I left a food platter there for the week, and when I got back from work and opened it, the spoiled food smelled awful. A waste of food and money, thanks to a broken fridge.

This was my second stay, and Celery N. at the reception desk gave extremely good customer service. That’s why I highly recommend the Hampton Inn by Hilton, in Calexico.
