I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I'd tell friends to avoid it too. For $90, even a cheap room should meet a basic standard for service, cleanliness, and quality. This was the worst experience and service I've had in 20 years of traveling. Cheap has reached a new low. The beds were okay, but the sheets and pillow covers were clean yet stained. The fridge barely worked, and only two of the five lamps had bulbs. At check-in, the desk clerk gave me two neatly printed receipts from hotels.com for my reservation and payment. The next morning I asked him to print two emails. He said the printer was broken. When I asked how he'd printed the receipts the night before, he said it only prints receipts from hotel.com.

Having parking right outside the room was so convenient, with no stairs, hallways, or elevators to deal with. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and easygoing. Savanahh, the housekeeper, really impressed me. She was kind and professional, helped with whatever I needed right away, and went out of her way at any time of day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I love how she manages the hotel. The whole place has a comfortable feel, with friendly staff and great service. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The cleaners were wonderful. We usually don't like anyone entering our room while we're out, but I felt very comfortable with them. They were friendly and did a great job. Room 102 was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and it suited what I needed. I was also glad to find a bag of ice in the fridge when we arrived, though the next time I needed ice the lobby was locked. Other guests slamming doors was a nuisance. The morning food didn't feel like breakfast, and you couldn't even get to it at a normal time, so I'd recommend this place to people who aren't looking for breakfast. The room has a fridge and microwave, so you can pick things up at the store. There's a gas station with Subway, two dollar stores, and Roosters, a great bar and restaurant just down the street.

Please put money into this place and teach the staff how to clean a room properly. When mine was serviced, they emptied the trash and changed the towels, but didn't clean the bathroom sink. There were long strands of hair in the shower, and I don't have long hair, so they weren't mine. I heard other guests making the same complaints. The sheets were stained and threadbare, so I brought my own bedroll and slept on top of the bed. The shower curtain was disgusting, and I had to insist at the front desk that it be replaced. The manager wasn't happy about that. Get new sheets and shower curtains. This could be a nice little inn if they invested in it.
