We’re having a lovely anniversary stay. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are amazing. Ms.Rose at the front desk made buying things from the hotel market quick and easy throughout my stay. Basil, I believe that was his name, was wonderfully understanding while I was having a difficult time decorating. Julie at the desk was helpful as well, and ms.rihanna in housekeeping was the nicest. Thanks so much, everyone. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Bassel, one of the daytime concierge men, was a breath of fresh air, and Miss Rose, the concierge the following day, had a fantastic attitude. The young woman serving breakfast was sweet and calmly helped me find the best food they had, though I’m not a fan of the liquid eggs. Guys, get real eggs. The room only gets four stars from me because there’s no refrigerator or microwave in it. Those are downstairs. Still, five stars for the stay overall!

I almost don’t want to share my new secret spot. The rooms are smaller than usual, but they’re laid out really well and feel comfortable and cozy. Everything seems brand new and fresh. Rachel (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was very nice and informative, just right for the face of the hotel. The gym is top tier if you like working out, with great equipment. 10/10.

The staff were friendly at both check-in and check-out, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower got hot quickly with good water pressure. The price was very reasonable, too.

Avid hotel gets the priorities right for me: fair nightly prices, clean and spacious rooms with good appointments, a quick breakfast, and great coffee and water machines. It’s also very close to shops and good chain restaurants. I’ll stay at Avid again!
