We made the small room work, even with five of us. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great, with typical options kept filled. The location is great for the Rennaissance Festival. The pool wasn’t available over Memorial Day weekend, though it looked nice.

Booking a room at the last minute was effortless. The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The room was clean, the staff were wonderful at check-in, and breakfast was great, always hot and refilled. The WiFi was horrible, though. We’ll stay here again, but I hope they fix it.

The one good thing was that our room at the very back of the hotel kept us away from road noise. Otherwise, this was really disappointing. I chose the place based on reviews on super.com, but it’s not a three-star hotel. There were ants on the second floor, and no one came to exterminate them when I asked. The room was smaller than the website pictures. It smelled like mold, and I thought the temperature had been set to 69 to mask it. On top of that, after I’d paid in full through the travel agency, the hotel required another $100 deposit at check-in and a copy of my ID.

The lobby attendant was rude and wouldn’t let me take a DoorDash order to the customer’s room. They said it was for “safety issues” and that, since I wasn’t a guest, the customer had to come to the lobby. I’ve delivered here several times before without any problem, and there wasn’t a sign anywhere explaining this policy. It’s absurd.
