The front desk staff really stood out. They were efficient and professional, and treated the families who live at the motel with so much compassion. I saw them listen to people's concerns and do their best to help everyone feel safe and comfortable. My family and I felt welcome and looked after from check-in onward. The staff's kindness made a real difference, and I was impressed by how much care they put into creating a supportive place for guests. I'd recommend this motel to anyone looking for a warm, caring place to stay.

The front desk men have been a huge help to my family over the past few months. We had to leave our home suddenly because of safety concerns, and they’ve been kind, understanding, and helpful to us and our two young children. Even with what seem like significant changes to the motel's policies, they’ve gone out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as they can. We’re grateful for their support through a difficult time, and for their dedication to the guests and their work.

The rooms were clean, and the front desk people were nice. Still, check-in took forever. Nobody was there when I arrived, so I had to use the house phone to call the front desk. When someone finally came, they still had to check whether my room was clean. I know staffing can be difficult, but if you reserve a room, you'd expect it to be ready. The lobby also smelled strongly of pot when I walked in, maybe from someone outside. You get what you pay for, I guess.

At least the AC worked. Everything else made this the worst place I've had the misfortune to stay overnight. The vinyl floor was filthy, the toilet was clogged, and there wasn't a plunger. Towels looked unwashed and had several black hairs on them. The sheets were spotted and stained, although they smelled like they'd been laundered. I'm never staying here again.
