We tried this place for a change from the several Calistoga hotels we already love, and it was great value for the area. The location is right on Calistoga's main drag, but it still feels quiet and relaxing. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a hot breakfast with espresso, and the pool was just the right temperature. It has the amenities you’d expect from a full-service hotel, apart from a restaurant or lounge. I’m sure we’ll stay again.

I arranged a block of rooms for a business trip, and everyone was happy with the stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, with great amenities and a good free breakfast. It’s well located, within walking distance of all the downtown eateries. Recommend!

Such a beautiful location, and really quiet. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and nice, and I loved the homemade welcome cookie. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including bagels, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and self-made waffles. If you’re visiting Napa Valley and want a cozy place, give this BW another look. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the modern shower has everything you need.

The rooms were modern and very clean, and the grounds and pool were in great shape. I could see staff working around the property every day. The location is good, and the free shuttle is a great service. My only complaint is that room service happens every other day unless you request it. This is a great hotel.
