Dr. Wilkinson's Backyard Resort and Mineral Springs, a Member of Design Hotels

The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to restaurants and with a supermarket next door. All the staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We came for my wife's birthday and had a lovely time. The adult tub on our first day was heavenly, and the mud bath treatment was so relaxing. Trina was our guide and was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be to install bidets because the water has magnesium.

The pools were fantastic. We went between the adults-only pool and the main one, and we might even come back just to use them since we're local. Our one-night stay was perfect, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The resort is super cute. We stayed in the spacious, comfortable Art Cabin. Lunch was delicious, with a good selection on the menu. There's a bar with a great selection, and even coffee. We'd absolutely come back. Thank you!

We brought our 7-year-old, and the day worked out beautifully. She made friends with other kids while my husband and I took turns using the adults-only area, so everyone got what they needed. We booked a day pass through ResortPass and had an amazing time at Dr. Wilkinson’s Backyard Resort. It felt relaxed and welcoming from arrival. One pool was warm for soaking, another cooler and refreshing, and the adults-only area had a large hot soaking pool, mineral shower, cold water bucket, and peaceful zen area. It was easy to unwind. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with delicious fresh food. The music and atmosphere were spot on too, with friendly people, a great playlist, and calming energy. I could feel my stress melting away. We can't wait to come back. This place is pure relaxation.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff friendly and responsive, and there were four wonderful pools at different temperatures, including an adults-only hot tub. On-site, there's a cute coffee bar, wine and beer, and a nice restaurant. There are spa services too, though we didn't use them. It's a lovely place. I started calling it my happy place. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.
