The front desk guy at night is rude, and so is the housekeeper, or whoever she thinks she is. She knocked on my door three times before checkout in the morning. At 11, I told her I needed a few more minutes and she was rude about it. I get rooms here often and don't deserve that treatment. I'm helping pay your bills. I take all my trash to the door, put the linens together in a pillowcase, and leave candy or drinks for whoever cleans, with a nice note. Ungrateful.

I was driving a truck and it was getting late, so this was the quickest place for me to stop. It's a shame something like this is still going on in this great country. The hotel is a disgrace and shouldn't still be operating. There were bad smells, a broken toilet, and everything else you can imagine. I'm sure it hasn't passed a proper inspection. It's an embarrassment to everyone involved that this is still happening.

I had a great stay here recently. The staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something, which made things easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The bed felt fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and everything worked as it should.

On October 10th, I left the room with my three kids to get lunch and came back to find the door wide open. A handyman was changing pipes and valves in the bathroom, and nobody had told me this work was happening. We'd been up early for the Hot Air Balloon Festival and couldn't return to rest until an hour later. The room needed repairs and wasn't acceptable. After the handyman finished, the bathtub was left covered in hair from the drains, dirt, and filth from the work. I raised the issue with the front desk and apparently spoke to the “Owner” and another employee. They were rude and didn't understand my concerns or frustration when I asked for a refund over being put in that room. They entered without my approval and without letting me know. Don't come here.
