Jesse made a real difference for us. After we checked in, we found the air conditioner wasn’t working right and a light fixture was broken. He came over, fixed both problems quickly and professionally, and got the room back in good shape. The whole staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated how promptly they helped and how well they treated us. It turned the stay into a very positive experience.

London at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, so we got a great first impression. The room had been recently refurbished, felt modern, and was clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. We also met several other staff members, and they were enthusiastic and helpful. Having an indoor pool and hot tub made for a great first stay in Vernal, Utah.

I’ve never had a worse hotel stay. The staff were rude and inconsiderate, and I felt they lied, blamed me, and charged me for unnecessary things. The door, remote, and lamp were broken. Kids ran up and down the stairs and halls screaming, the neighbors banged on the walls and were loud, and little dogs kept barking at the end of the hallway. There was no outside lighting at night. Once, I think I smelled marijuana near the smoking area, while children were around.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and we’d stay again. The girl at the front desk was so sweet to me and my little kids. They loved the flowers on the towels, and the service was lovely.

I’ve been staying here for quite a while. Lori and Kayla are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are always comfortable and clean.
