The location and price were good enough that I booked, even though the reviews I'd seen beforehand hadn't won me over. After staying there, I’m a little surprised by how many people seemed worried about safety. It’s a motel-style place beside a busy road, so yes, there’s some noise, but I never felt unsafe. The room had plenty of outlets and HDMI connections for the TV, plus reasonably modern amenities. It matched what was advertised and was perfectly adequate for what we expected.

I've never stayed in a worse room. The sheets smelled bad and had hair all over them, and the toilet still had urine on it. The heater couldn't keep the room warm enough. The old, crusty amenities and molding that was coming apart were smaller problems by comparison.

There wasn't even soap or shampoo, and the room didn't have the microwave that was promised. The place was extremely dirty. Honestly, I'd have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We got there at 12:15 AM and couldn't find anyone to check us in. We called several times, waited more than half an hour, and nobody answered. We still haven't heard from anyone. Hotels.com handled our reservation, so I contacted them to ask for a refund. Then the hotel said it couldn't refund us because they marked it as a no-show. How were we supposed to get inside when no one answered? You guys are clueless, and I expect my money back or there'll be serious trouble. The photos show Brazil time, which is 3 hours behind the USA.

For a quick overnight stop, I’d happily recommend it. The room was clean and nice, the AC was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the shower, even though it was small. The towels had been laid out neatly on one of the beds. Parking was a bit awkward because my room was far from where I could park, but I was driving a huge truck.
