The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the room was fairly clean. I liked the comfortable mattress and having soft or firm pillows to choose from. There was also a safe, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, but the fridge was weak and had no freezer compartment or temperature knob. The water bottles were barely cool by morning, which isn't great in Florida. The wardrobe bar was oddly placed in the middle, so even a T-shirt hung low enough to touch the floor. My long dresses had to go on the doors. That seems easy to fix. Breakfast ran from 6 to 9:30 in a small room with about 10 tables. There were bananas, oranges but no apples, bagels, muffins, cinnabons, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, and tiny pancakes. The bananas were very old. I had to ask for more bread by 7 a.m. The hot items were warm if you arrived early, but most had gone cold after 7 the next morning. They were soon replenished with a hot batch. A lot of the yogurt was expiring that same day. The breakfast area could use a microwave, and I wish they'd replace the foam plates with paper ones. It's only about a $2 price difference. Still, it's a pretty good hotel.

The rooms are quiet, the internet is decent, and the beds are soft and warm. It's handy for exploring the city or resting before a doctor's appointment, and the breakfast is pretty good too. A shout-out to all the staff: I'm terrible at remembering names, but every time I stay they're friendly, kind, and helpful. They're the best.

The breakfast was amazing, and the woman serving it was kind, greeted me with a smile, and was bringing food out while cleaning. She and the breakfast were the only acceptable parts of this hotel. My room hadn't been cleaned properly, with hair still in the sink and things left all over. It seemed like rushed spot cleaning and didn't even smell clean. At the desk, the short red-haired clerk was rude and seemed frustrated when I just needed my card. I don't think she knew what she was doing, and her attitude was terrible.

Crystal at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was kind and helpful. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the hotel was clean and peaceful. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.

December 2025. We stayed one weekday with family, on the third floor. The hotel is fully non-smoking, and our room was clean and spacious, though it didn't have a full-length mirror. Breakfast was good, especially the veggie omelette. It was very quiet on the weekday.
