The lake could make this a nice spot, and the location is good, but litter and dog droppings have dragged down the atmosphere. People keep feeding the birds and wildlife despite the sign, leaving spoiled food and trash behind. There’s a generous pet policy, and a few of their locations are recommendable, but this one felt hit or miss rather than welcoming. We were charged twice after the man on night duty said our earlier payment was only to reserve the room. We tried to explain that we’d already paid, but didn’t want to argue and don’t want to face that again. A woman in the room next door was also banging on the wall. Behind the counter, a large Latina asked us an inappropriate question and stared at us in a way that made it feel even stranger, maybe deliberately. It came across as bullying. Watch out when pulling out of the lot onto Daily, since it’s a blind corner. Cruisers pass through all the time, which isn’t necessarily bad, but be careful at the nearest intersection too.

Ninfa is so kind and caring, and she goes way beyond what her job requires. She’s a real asset and management should recognize her. Just amazing and accommodating!

We left after only a few hours because we found several bed bugs crawling on the bed and walls in Room 234. We’d booked it for one night and had our baby with us, so there was no way I’d risk moving to another room that might have more bugs. We told the front desk, but got no apology or reassurance that they’d clean or deal with the room, and they refused a refund. They only offered to move us. For your safety, stay somewhere else. I highly doubt they’ll clean that room, and wouldn’t be surprised if other rooms are infested too.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and everyone on staff is very nice. Manager Umesh is always wonderful, and the front office staff are great too. They treated me and my grandson really well. I recommend staying here!
