Comfort Inn & Suites Cambridge

My family and I checked in September 12 2025, and my sister was in room 314. The shower wall had mold, and the shower head was nasty. The carpet was so dirty it needed shampooing, the microwave was dirty, and the furniture needed dusting. When we pulled back the sheets, there were food stains on them and the comforter. The executive housekeeper came up and said that sometimes the sheets have stains on them. Why would you say that to a guest? Where did she get her training? Housekeepers shouldn't put stained linens on guest beds. They both need retraining. I'd never stay at another Comfort inn Suites in Maryland.

The front desk staff were very kind, but the room smelled moldy. There was catsup on the window pull curtains, brown lint on the sheets that I had to pick off before getting into bed, and leftover coffee stirs under a chair.

For what they charge, I'd stay somewhere else. This place looks dirty and badly dated throughout, and the elevator is old and painfully slow. At $60 a night I might not mind, but they want over $100 even in the off season.

Michelle at the front desk made a real difference. When I needed to switch rooms, I had luggage and she was the only one available, but she helped me carry it and made sure the move went smoothly. She was kind and clearly cared about making my stay pleasant. The hotel itself is average and reasonably priced, with a good breakfast, clean spaces, and Wi-Fi. I'd stay again. Employees like Michelle are a big part of why, and I'd be glad to have someone like her representing my own company. Thanks, Michelle, and good luck!
