Parking was the one real hassle. The desk gave us several garage codes, but none would let us in or out, and even though the front desk tried to help, it was a burden. Otherwise, our family of five had a quiet, spacious, comfortable room, and the front desk was excellent. They gave my son a birthday card and offered him free ice cream. The room could use some updates, but that didn’t spoil our stay. I’d have given five stars if parking hadn’t been an issue.

The M Club is shared with the restaurant. Breakfast there had a menu option or a buffet, which was pretty good, and they put out snacks during the day. With M Club access, you can pick one appetizer and one dessert at no charge in the evening. It’s a great spot if you’re visiting MIT, and valet parking was quick and polite. The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff were amazing. The gym was huge and fully equipped, probably one of the nicest I’ve seen. Nice M Club too. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and everyone at the front desk was very helpful. The weather wasn’t cooperating, but they gave us complimentary umbrellas. We had a great time, though breakfast wasn’t included in the price we paid.

The catered food was very good, better quality than I’d expect at an average hotel. The rest of the experience wasn’t great: I was here for a conference, and the ballroom had no windows and a pretty plain color scheme. They were renovating inside, so the escalators were closed, and there were elevator problems too. To be fair, there was a lot of road work nearby while I was there, which made getting around awful. Parking was also extremely expensive at $52 a day.
