Gary and James were wonderful hosts, and we loved the delicious breakfasts. We stayed in Dahlia, a spacious, bright room with a large bathroom and plenty of shelf space for toiletries. There’s ample parking at the house too. It was a perfect New England B+B, and we’d highly recommend The Elms for a getaway on the beautiful Maine coast.

From the patio, we enjoyed sipping wine and coffee, and downtown Camden was an easy short walk. We parked once and didn’t have to deal with traffic or search for parking again. The hosts and other guests were warm and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Elms and would happily return.

We had a great stay at the Elms of Camden. Gary and James were excellent hosts, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was amazing. It’s walkable to Camden’s main streets and made a great place to rest between Portland and Acadia. Couldn’t recommend it more!

For a quick weekend away, my husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Elms of Camden. The owners were lovely, our room was immaculate, and breakfast was so good. We hope to come back!

Breakfast was a highlight and a great way to get started exploring the area. James and Gary were excellent hosts, with several suggestions for things to do in Camden, and we managed to try many of them. The inn is charming and close to downtown. Our only regret is that we live too far away to visit more often.
