Breakfast was a real highlight the next morning. I tried the well-seasoned eggs and home fries, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, toast, and homemade muffins, and everything was delicious. I left full and happy. I stayed in a River View King room at the Lord Camden Inn on May 19. The river view was lovely, and being able to open the windows and hear water moving over the rocks was especially soothing. The room was clean and nicely equipped, with a comfortable king bed, though the pillows were fluffier than I like. The AC worked well during the unusually warm weather. The bathroom had travel-size toiletries, a shower cap, Q-tips, and cotton balls. The inn is right in the middle of town, so getting around on foot was easy. The secured lot is a couple of blocks away, but you can unload at the two spaces behind the hotel first, then walk over in a few minutes. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Camden.

I keep coming back whenever I visit Camden. The rooms feel elegant but cozy, and the bathrooms and amenities are lovely. Breakfast is included, too. It’s on Main Street, with restaurants, galleries, the library, and Camden’s beautiful harbor all an easy walk away. Parking is about half a block from the inn. The front desk team, including Anne, are very helpful.

That little balcony looking out over the water was such a nice extra, and we especially liked the brick detail in the room. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My husband and I came to Lord Camden Inn for a couples getaway. The service was warm and friendly the whole time. It’s a charming spot if you want a cozy stay with something a bit different.

We were really happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal, and there was water, coffee, and tea in the lobby when we arrived. The historic building is lovely and right in the center of town. Our room was clean and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed. We also had a balcony where we could enjoy a cocktail and watch people go by. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having a balcony over the street. Shops and places to eat were easy to reach on foot. The continental breakfast was good. Parking was a bit farther away in a garage, and you have to get a key from the front desk.
