Studio 6 Suites Cameron Park, CA – Folsom

The gentleman at the counter was so thoughtful, polite, and nice. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable, so I got a great night's sleep. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

The area has plenty of restaurants and a grocery store right nearby, and the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. Inside, the rooms are renovated and clean as soon as you walk through the door. The problem is everything outside the rooms. The halls are dirty, smell bad, and feel rundown and dingy. The demographic around the property is startling and brings the whole place down. That’s the main reason I wouldn’t give it five stars.

There’s a Safeway, Dollar Tree, O'Reilly's, banks, Carl's Jr., and gas stations all within walking distance. Housekeeping comes once a week, and they’re really friendly. The room has a small sink, a good-sized refrigerator, and a microwave. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. The main downside is that there aren’t any garbage cans, ashtrays, or dog poop bags and bins anywhere except in front of the office. Still, for a Motel 6, this is one of the better ones.

The General manager Robin was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The way she spoke to me was so horrible that I had to say something. I won’t repeat the things she said, but I told her she was being extremely rude and unprofessional. She used that as a chance to make even more horrible remarks and comments. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at the super 6 in Cameron park Ca. The only reason I’m giving it one star is that the review form requires one. I’ll be making a formal complaint to whoever is above her, and I’ll tell people about the experience and the atmosphere she creates for guests.
