The breakfast they call “SUPERSTAR BREAKFAST!” was stale pastry and weak coffee. The hot water for tea wasn’t hot, so I had to heat mine in the microwave. At the front desk, they had no clean sheets, and you have to walk to a sister hotel for them. My son’s room had dirty-looking, spotty sheets and a broken toilet handle that fell off. You had to put it back on and push it in to flush. I’m not usually a complainer, but this place needs improvement everywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The rooms all smell like cigarettes, and the front desk staff are rude and inconsiderate. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The general manager yelled at guests who were waiting to check in and asking what to do because the website said check-in was at 3. She said the time was 4, not 3 or whatever early time a third-party site listed, and threatened to call the police. When I tried to cancel my reservation, she told the third-party site she’d check people in as soon as possible, then yelled again at guests trying to check in. Later, when the company called the front desk while I was there, she lied to me face to face. Awful hotel and customer service. They treat guests like they’re less than. Spend your money elsewhere.

The one good part was the young woman at the front desk. She was nice. Otherwise, the roaches were so bad I had to ask for bug spray, random guys hung around the parking lot watching what I was doing, and a man and woman had a loud shouting match right next door. I was waiting for gunshots or a stabbing. You’d be better off sleeping in your car than in this dump.
