Hampton Inn Ashland

The sheets kept slipping off during the night, so getting a good night's rest was difficult. The shower and bathroom floor had hair on them, and I had to clean the shower before I could use it. Check-in was a nightmare after a long day. The clerk dragged it out, complained about how much he hated everything, and blamed everyone else for his own incompetence. He also made me call the booking site and do his job, which wasted my time. I had to clean my own room. It was dirty and unkempt, and the staff were unprofessional and blamed customers for their problems. I'm totally disgusted with the hotel, the staff, and the lack of a clean room, and I would pass on staying here in the future.

There’s truck parking, and the bed was comfortable with good water pressure and fast, free WiFi. The hotel has an indoor pool and is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, as well as a liquor store and Walmart. Best hotel in the area.

No complaints from me. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is hot. It’s right beside the highway, so getting back on the road is easy.

We were only in town for one night, and each employee we met greeted us warmly. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful.
